Or, forget your car if you like and walk across the street to the free shuttle bound for Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Dillon or Silverthorne, all just minutes away. The Galena Street Mountain Inn boasts a light, spacious, newly remodeled interior of fifteen beautifully furnished guest-rooms. Each bedroom envelopes a sense of comfort from the hypo-allergenic down comforters and plush bedding, to the 32" cable TV, private bathroom, and serene mountain views. Large windows with window seats frame mountains so close you feel you are a part of them. The variety of room combinations, range from Tower room, dominated by an enormous four-poster king size bed beneath a two-story turret, to individual rooms with king or queen size beds, to family rooms with a queen and twin beds. Any choice is promised to make you feel comfortable and at home.

"So many people expect a bed-and-breakfast to be this Victorian lace and doilies kind of place with lots of dark corners. When they get here, they're surprised and pleased to see how light it is. It gives people the sense of their being in the clean, light environment."

Breakfast includes fresh-baked breads, homemade granola with yogurt, fresh fruits and a breakfast entree.
A mixture of dried fruits, nuts, seeds and oats specially prepared at the inn prompted one guest to comment, "My home

Common areas include a magnificent great room complete with a fireplace, mini library, and board games. The large
dining area seats up to 32 people and can be used in conjunction with a walk-out patio for special occasions. the
whirlpool/hot tub and sauna sit adjacent to the sun-drenched deck. Plus, our gear room is available for sports
equipment after the day is done.

For guests who are looking to mix business with pleasure, the Inn offers meeting and conference rooms and services. We are open to catered meals for such occasions and are happy to provide references whether it's a light lunch or a grand dinner party!
